I have a jio number 7000263267 from July 2016. On 12 oct 2018 my SIM was damaged so I went to jio store janjgir naila. They said my aadhar was not linked to my no. So they cannot do anything . I called customer care where they said ur mobile no. is from driving licence and jio care will give u new SIM through it DL.I WENT TO JIO CARE STORE AT NAILA AND BILASPUR ON ULTERNATE DAYS BUT WITH THE SAME ANSWER THAT AADHAR IS NOT LINKED. HOW CAN I LINK AADHAR WHEN MY SIM CARD IS DAMAGED. UR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND KIP CARE STORE ARE TOSSING ME TO EACH OTHER SIDE. I JUST WANT A NEW SIM OR I M GOING TO COMPLAIN TO CONSUMER FORUM.
