Text of Complaint by Lakshita Jaiswal:

  • My sim got corruped during the hard times of covid 19 . I went to the nearest airtel store which is at Mansarovar Jaipur. Once when I reached there they asked me to bring my father along with me but since it is not safe due to covid and the lockdown guidelines I requested them to resolve my issue but they denied. When second time I went with my father then they asked to bring original if proof ( Aadhar card only ) instead of a Xerox . Again I requested them that lockdown is implemented and we can’t keep coming again and again but they didn’t listen a single word . They said if you want a new sim or to restart the services of your old sim you have to come along with your original I’d proof. 
  • Also the behaviour of the staff was very bad .
