One of the worst network I’m facing in Airtel now a days, reason is Airtel company making fraud and cheating to a customers.
Few days ago my father’s sim card has been network blocked, I called to customer care from other airtel sim, they told me that everything is good from our side, might be your sim get damaged due to smartphone issue. You can change your sim card in Airtel showroom with your ID proof. I said OK and changed the simcard by giving 25rupees while in my office hours.
Later in Next week they blocked my sisters Airtel network again I asked to customercare they said the same reason that your smartphone problem but that was different smartphone. But on that time my sister was in a problem and I called her and went to Airtel office and changed the sim card.
Again 1 week after they blocked My Sim card itself,at that time I was busy in my work and some emergency,i can’t able to contact any person due to no network signal in my phone. Again I called to customer care from by brother phone,they said the same reason ‘change your sim card’ and I went to office and changed.
After a week even my brothers sim card has been blocked. What to do now?
Within a month I changed 4 duplicate Sim cards. Even I have the bills with me. What’s going on in Airtel, It is a Legal fraud Scam making Airtel company to people.
New kind of cheating business started in Airtel. People,Please be aware of that.
I’m requesting to Airtel company also please don’t do again this kind of cheatings to customers. You are making a Big Sin for yourself Later you will suffer and feel bad in your family Life To whoever made this kind of frauds .
People are suffering lot from this Airtel network. In emergency time it is very difficult to make a call with no network signal in Airtel. And even internet (mobile data) issues in Airtel making slow for some times and again speed for some times. They are adjusting the network slow and speed whenever they like, it is also a kind of cheatings made by Airtel.
To Airtel,Avoid this kinds of issues And try to solve it soon. What you are making is not good for you itself you know that. But all are Money minded cheaters.
Thinking Better to change the network itself. Waiting for your reply.
