Text of Complaint by Sunil Syal:

My SIM suddenly stopped working 6 days back. was told to visit the airtel store for sim replacement. Got that done twice but they are unable to activate as the photo in the system is not matching the Live photo clicked by them. Dropped an email to Nodal officer but they are giving the same response to check with airtel store.

store team is unable to help.

My number is inactive from a week now.
