Text of Complaint by Vimleshkumar Thakorbhai Patel:

On 15 Jul 2020 my Airtel Mob.  No. 9601113646 SIM card suddenly stopped. I called on 121 from my father’s Airtel mobile number 7600009075 but your IVR haven’t any solution for this and I option for talk to your representative is not available on IVR. I mailed to your complaint ID but replied very late. I went to your store at Kasak,  Bharuch Gujarat but they told me card is on name of my father and he has to come personally. Then I collected new SIM card from your Ankleshwar store by my father. In evening I changed new SIM card but just 2 SMS arrived and this new SIM also stopped. Again I mailed may problem to you but no reply. Today in morning I go to your Bharuch store but they told me you have collected new SIM card from Ankleshwar then you have to go to Ankleshwar store only.  Your Bharuch store have no solution for this. My SIM card is off from 3 days and this number is connected with all my works. I am bearing almost 5000 Rs. loss due to this. What to do now I can’t understand. Please provide me any solution regarding this.
