Dear Sir/Madam,

My Mo No. 9031814976 i have received a msg from IDA that your SIM validity is rollover from 29th Nov’18 then i use to call to the costumer service on 25th Nov’18 and one of there team member told me that AS per TRY same is done by every network you have to recharge Rs.35 every 28 days for renew sim validity, but i have contact no 9905165551 that is from Aritel they are not doing the same please let me know is it true or false.
