I’m Arun kumar, from tenkasi (tamilnadu). Two sim card sellers sale Airtel sim card in my place under umbrella.   They told me “you can change your other company sim card to Airtel by MNP portable, you can get 2 month free calls and data”.  So I have given MNP number and my mobile number) to change portability and bought Airtel sim.   I was waiting for 3 says to disconnection of old sim.    On 27-03-2021 morning my old SIM card network has gone and sim services had stopped.  After that i inserted new Airtel sim to my phone, my phone didn’t show sim card simple.   I changed Airtel sim card to 2nd sim slot then also i got same result.   Again I have inserted in basic model button mobile, it will not show sim card, it shows insert sim.   Finally i realised that i got damaged sim card.   I called that seller about damaged sim card issue.  They told to wait for a day, after one day i called them but they didn’t attend my call.    There’s no response to damaged sim card.   I tried 4 days about this problem, there is no response.   So i finally went to Airtel showroom in tenkasi. In that showroom they have told “We are not responsible for your issue, you didn’t buy sim card from us directly so you must contact your seller”. Finally I lost my personal number to Airtel.  I can’t get back my personal number yet.    That Airtel sim card seller name is nagamani and their contact number is 8056477284. Please help me.   Please solve my issue.   I need my old personal number.  Please take action
