Text of Complaint by Niranjan Reddy:

I’m Niranjan since long time customer of Airtel and I went to the Airtel store Chanda Nagar Branch because my Airtel SIM did not work. Then they said that they would change the SIM card and give it to me. They asked for proof. Then I said that it is in my mobile and shown them then they said that I want a copy.
There I argued that it will be downloaded in front of you in the Aadhaar portal and they did not agree.
I Can also give the old non-working SIM card that I have. It is not my fault that you have disconnected the SIM card without informing me.
By then they will not agree, I am leaving with anger. Accidentally, my wife have a copy of my Aadhaar, she gave it to me and went inside.

I dropped it on the table and accidentally it fell on the floor below and then I apologized to the executive.
But the store manager Aparna comes and scolds me saying that I will not give you the sim card.
She said that she will call the police and they will come. I waited for 1 hour saying that I can’t make a mistake, I will wait for police. My wife also came and asked that our 8 months baby is there, we are going to the hospital Please give the sim card we have bank transactions with that sim without that sim card we can’t move further. because we need to pay any bill from this SIM card linked account only have money. already UPI(Gpay, Phonepay) also not working because of sim card disconnected . so, please give the Sim card you are saying CC recording footage with voice right then show that proof incase my husband says that word (“VE”) you can punish, and I will also punish him personally. Incase in that footage If my husband is not at fault, then you have to say sorry to my husband, but she is not agreeing for this point. Why I need to say sorry I won’t say anyone. You can complaint anyone I don’t care this is my store you can’t do anything get lost from my store. Incase my mistake means am ready to say sorry already I said sorry to your executive girl because of throwing my Aadhar card on floor that is my mistake that is the reason I apolized already.
Due to doctor appointment without SIM Card we left from the store and called to my brother in law for money and he travelled around 30KMS to hospital. I have alternate to arrange money because of am local guy, incase anyone from non local persons faces same issue then what the result. Even she not convinced for we are going to hospital for little baby age of 8 months.
Still we didn’t take Sim Card replacement.
My question is why my Sim Card is Disconnected without prior information and why my Sim Card not replaced even I visited the store and waited and requested for 1 hour me and my wife.
Is this right behaviour with customer. We didn’t expect this kind of response from Airtel. Why her personal ego showing on Customer? She is working for airtel and I visited airtel store not her personal office. She has to work for me/customer. What airtel doing then with this kind of employees. One of the employee (Airtel) went her cabin and requested her to give Sim Card Replacement because of we are going to hospital for small kid. But she was not convinced.
And she said wait am calling police they will come and discuss. Then , I waited with family more then 1 hour but she is not calling police because there is no mistake from my side.

I have a right to ask a Query
I have a right to Argue with Staff for my solution
I have a right to Question as a customer.
