my name is harvinder singh . I have recently ported my SIM card from vodafone to airtel Dated 05-10-2018 . I received a call from airtel customer care name: Riya for SIM porting facility . She sent her personally an officer to port my sim at my place and he handed over new sim card to me. After 7 days my SIM was not working . I have complaint at airtel office many times but they give no solution and just wasting my time and harassing me that SIM will start in 24 hours or in 2 days but nothing happens. After compalining they gave me another SIM but it is also not working . SIM Card No : 8991000901114669568U and my Phone number is 9211010003.
