This is Vinay Janga requested to cancel my VI postpaid bill for 9885355245 which I wasn’t using at all.
I have requested to freeze my bill or cancel my postpaid but they haven’t done it.
There was a sim issue & I have changed it but no use. I have only made hardly 3 calls on my number & I don’t have reception at my place. They can view my call history so far. I’m using this Sim since October 2020, there was a sim issue Since January 2021 & I was been to the store but no use. But I was paying my bill since then till April & inspite I haven’t used the outgoing calls as nothing works with this sim. I have tried to use on another mobile as well but no use. I have been to the Vi stores but no use & also
reached on email to customer care but initially they told me to pay the outstanding balance of Rs 699.63 which I was not happy to pay but still I have paid & again there was a bill generated and I have emailed them back but no one is responding.
In this Pandemic I can’t always go to the store. Also I’m not happy to pay the new outstanding balance of Rs934 without using how do they want me to pay.
I hope I’m on the right place to complaint about my problem. Please do the justice.
