Hello,

 

I am a user a Airtel from last five years. And I am using the postpaid services from 2015 . I am very disappointed with my current situation. When the whole world is already facing a pandemic and our only source of connectivity with outside world is the cellphones You guys have burst my sim card. From last 6 hours there is no network on my no. 7755993362. And I am unable to use internet make calls, which was very much needed few hours back. Right now this is the number registered with all my banking transactions and obviously given to all my family, friends, colleagues, and clients. I tried all the method from web by google and you-tube but nothing worked.  I can not buy a sim card at this moment because there is curfew everywhere and no one is selling it.
Please advise what should I do and I need compensation for every frustrating hour. You can not just stop signals any time you want. I am feeling very disturbed, I had a online event today which I had to cancel because of this tragedy. The other JIO sim card in slot 1 is working just fine and the cellphone is also ok. This is a fault from the Airtel. Please correct it asap. And I am expecting a call back on my alternate no. 6203314560 or on this [email protected].
