My SIM suddenly stopped working since Wednesday. I reached the Airtel store, and they issued a blank sim for SIM swap and all my KYC proofs were updated. I was told that SIM will be activated within 4hours. Even after the time, it wasn’t activated, I reached the store and they told that LIVE photo was not matched. I tried with multiple proofs, every time the reason is same. Neither the store executive has enough knowledge about this, nor it was resolved properly and promptly updating to the user.
