I have been a Airtel customer since long time . From past 2 days my sim card is not been working . I tried everthing like re inserting the sim restarting my phone ,nothing worked . My sim card is in very good condition and i have never removed the sim soket before . the Sim card the automatical stops working while i was browsing. when I visted the sim store the employee there informs me that my sim is dead and i need to buy a new one which cost rs 109. Its a scam by airtel company to loot 109 rs from coustomer . I even have a perfectly good condition sim with me . I emailed them the complaint on 121@in.airtel.com but no response .
