Hello,
My sim card is not working since 2 weeks now. I had called the customer care two weeks ago and explained them issue and asked if they can deliver the sim to the residential address. They told they will check and come back. Later they told they can not, despite airtel delivering the sim cards to their new connections.
One week ago I connected to the airtel via twitter and asked them same. They called and agreed to resolve this. Since then I have received multiple calls and in one they told they were calling from local branch and deliver the sim by last Saturday. After that they didnt come or pick the call. Twitter team has is not giving any update. All they have been saying is that they are looking into it.
Without the sim, all my payments are withheld due to the unavailability of the OTP.
