Dear sir,
This is to inform that you . I’m Radhaballava Sahoo mobile number 7894815596. Last 7 days my Sim is internally not working so I call from airtel customer service care and he is guide me to replace your sim card by nearest airtel office. Then I contact my nearest airtel office as per customer care advice and I give my all documents as per requirement . Like that old aadhar and updated aadhar card with voted card but my title name is missing due to as per my aadhar card and voter card name is Radhaballava Sahoo but your system update by Radhaballava Sahu so that I am not avail to swap my Sim Card.
Please suggest how to change my title name on your potel side and your end so that I’m not swap my sim. This sim is very very important for me due to this sim updated my all bank account and others account
Please suggest in this matter and guidance me how to swap my sim card my alternate number is 6371484895 please contact and solved my problem as soon as possible.
