I’m requesting to file a complaint as my Airtel SIM card stopped working on 26th April which was during the lockdown for Corona Virus. I was not able to use any online applications as for every transaction they were sharing OTP to the AIRTEL number and my airtel sim stopped working,I throws an error No SIM. I am not able to use Paytm, Phonepay, ay online money transfer as they were sending OTP request on my mobile number.
Kindly look into this issue.
