Hello,
I have been using my airtel simcard for the last three years now. However, I am unable to connect to any network since 16-05-2021. I have already registered my complaints (No. CCNOR3BLR20210524832694) at Airtel customer care. However, airtel did not attempted to solve mh issues so far. There is no fault in my handset as another airtel simcard worked normally in the same handset( OnePlus 6). I tried to connect to local network manually, but ended with an error saying “Your simcard is not allowed to connect to any network”. I don’t know why airtel has barred me from connecting to any network all of a sudden. This Mobile number is very important for me as it is linked with Aadhaar and all my bank and DEMAT accounts. I am not able to do any transactions online as I don’t get any OTP on this number now. I have no hope left in me that the issue will be resolved by Airtel anytime soon.
