Text of Complaint by Pushpalata Kalangutkar:

I had ported out my vodafone no 9225908942 to Airtel after clearing all the dues.  Recently I had received a call from vodafone stating sum of Rs.387/- is pending against the usage which also I have cleared at Curchorem vodafone Gallery (Mr.Veeresh contact No.9764480547) .  I have recharged sum of Rs.49/- against the airtel, which is being debited to my bank account but not credited to my Airtel account.  Again today I tried to recharge but i was given error code 555.  Attached herewith for your ready reference.  Kindly look into the matter.
