Text of Complaint by Aryan B Shah:

Respected Sir/Ma’am,
I am writing this email to let you know about the issue I’m having with Airtel. My sim card (9980***527) was purchased via an Airtel executive who delivered it to my office by the name of Satish G. Ever since then we have been using this number and have been paying the bills on it as well, it is included on the family plan of my father, Mr. Bhavesh D Shah (99004***99) and we have bills to support it. The number was initially a pre-paid number and then converted to a postpaid number, but we were never questioned about the identity. Now the sim has stopped working and I am unable to get a new sim of the same number as it is in some other person’s name. I have all documents to support my claim of using the number, I visited the Airtel office as well and they’ve taken my documents for proof. I request you to schedule a call and look into the matter as it is very important for me to have that number and it was purchased from an airtel officer.
