recently I got a message from Airtel stating that my simcard outgoing and incoming calls validity expired even though balance is available.at the time of purchasing sim they offered life long validity. Now this number is linked with all online and Aadhar for otp clarification.now they asked to recharge with 23 for extending the validity but after recharge I came to known that validity extended for one month only.this is not at all acceptable to recharge every month for incoming calls also.
