Hi there.
The complaint is about Airtel Service.
I had a tata docomo Sim card which automatically got migrated to Airtel. Now when I thought or get it recharged and use it, the sim is showing as deactivated.
Without my permission or any intimation from their end these guys have deactivated my number and now want me to buy a new sim card.
I’m getting full network and just Emergency written on my phone. I had a balance of Rs. 9/- which I came to know when I was trying to call someone. I don’t care about those 9 Rs but I do care is for my SIM which is been deactivated.
Sent many email to Airtel Nodel email address as well but till no one is ready to help and just say you have to buy a new Sim card.
This is clear case of cheating and harassment to a customer for no reason.
I want compensation as well as my sim to get activated.
