I am muguntharaj, I bought a sim card from airtel(9994104199) 4years ago. Few years I didn’t recharge my sim but the network and services from airtel is still active on my phone . When I recharge to this sim on 25th july 2023 of rupees 209,sim become deactivated. I contact Nearby airtel store they replied me not able to get back the number, Where it is not recharged above 90 days, but how they stilll provide me the services before recharge. I need to refund my recharge amount as possible.
