Hlo sir/Madam
I want to request that please activate my sim card.you have suddenly deactivate my sim(9056605192) .and when I went to store they have said sim has been damaged.so buy new one.I bought new .they have taken ID proof .but you people said photo mismatched.they have verified all the things.then also sim card is not activated.but I am in trouble.I have this number as my official work .my duty is there on 12th November .I can’t download my appointment letter because of sim card issue.please help me . please activate my sim card.please
