9036498934 is my number

the number got de activated on 27th of Jan 2019 for no reason notified to me through any medium.

I reached out to a Airtel store on 29th of Jan 2019 at BTM 1st stage and i was charged 25/- for a duplicate sim and i was told that the sim will get activated within 4 hours.

It’s been more than 12 hours and i am here helpless but to write a complaint.

i had been with airtel for a very long time and this is a very disappointing experience.

Please try to resolve this problem at the earliest as i have cab to take and i get it only if i receive the call from driver.
