How can u be so careless … blocking incoming and outgoing calls sims easy for you people but it’s horrible and hectic for customers
Have already updated the airtel bill receipt on the mail on 23rd Nov and visited gallery Vodafone gallery on 24th Nov post which my number outgoing calls were working proper.
Now suddenly at 7pm my sim displayed SIM NOT PROVISION error. And everything stopped working.
Kindly justify why this was done without intimation also there is no reason block the sim as data has been updated in airtel last week.
You dont care for customer also your call center have only one answer wait for 24hrs … BIG JOKE why would I wait I will visit gallery within that time … Nonsense…
BIG NO TO VODAFONE…. will port out as soon as possible…
