PLEASE LOOK IN THE SIM CARD ISSUE, WHICH WAS NOT WORKING FROM FEW DAYS…
I FOLLOW YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS & STEPS TO GET MY SIM CARD ALIVE.
BUT STILL I DIDN’T GET THE SOLUTION.

PLEASE I AM ABROAD.. I AM UNABLE USE SIM CARD SERVICE EVEN I AM HAVING VALID PLAN, SUFFICIENT TALKTIME RECHARGE..

As informed earlier, please be apprised that in order to use the International Roaming while abroad, you must have below mentioned things to keep the services active :
1.) An IR pack activated on your respective Airtel number
2.) Or, minimum INR 200 in your main account to use the services while in IR
Hence we would suggest you to recharge with an IR pack or with a talk time pack to use the services while in IR.

I came abroad (OMAN Country +968) 3 months ago.. I have a valid plan up to 27, MAY , 2022. Form the last few days my sim card has not shown in the mobile slot..i have tried different ways by changing SIM 1 & SIM2 but its not working..
My whole Banking related OTP service is linked with this number. Its very important for me.
I am attaching details for your reference.
Please help me get out of this trouble.
