My sim card incoming and outgoing thaa been blocked without any reason .When I reached to golpark airtel store at kolkata the told me to replace the sim fireplaces the sim but my sim card has not been unblocked . After 24 hours I asked the airtel person about that then he told me that my sim card has been blocked by cyber crime department . When I reached cyber crime department the to give the cyber portal number and detail of the police authority. I asked to the airtel person he refuse me to share any detail. I ma mentally harresed from last 3 weeks. Kindly resolve this problem .
