Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to hereby inform you that i am a Airtel prepaid customer since more than 10years using the same mobile number till date. On 06/12/2020 my sim card has been damaged and not showing network, so I visited airtel gallery in Vashi for new Sim card. there i came to know that Sim card is registered in the name of some other person instead of my father Name. Before this I have changed the sim card 2/3 times for sim updation and kyc purposes. Now my all documents is registered on this mobile number. Customer care is now saying that I will not be able to get that number again. How this is possible ?? since i provided him all the details they asked to me, like last recharge done, mobile phone in which number was activated. Kindly help me in this issues as early as possible, its an humble request to you.
