Dear SirMadam,
This is to bring to your notice about one of the usual problems faced by airtel clients where the sim gets locked on I phone and service goes off for the entire day leaving the clients blank as they are unable to work since the major part of work is through communication and that’s my 1st concern and after few calls to customer care they tell me to go to airtel store which I did and pathetic service at Triplicane airtel store chennai, but the guy who attended me was alright did whatever he could at his best but his superior lady boss there appeared to be a manger is unfriendly and was not very cooperative I could see as she knew very well her customer is annoyed and need to come in rescue instead was walking in the store talking on her mobile…such unprofessional attitude….
Don’t think such unprofessionalism is good especially when you have tough competitors and to this minute my phone is not alright !!!! I had to wait good 30 minutes for the problem to be solved…have written numerous complaints about airtel and the Triplicane store but airtel seems to have a carefree attitude about the whole issue !!!
