Sim got blocked on Dec 30. New sim installed but not activated. I had to travel without a phone. Now it’s the eighth day.
I have been a customer for more than a decade and this is how I am treated. I have contacted your showroom in nungambakkam Chennai personally for 5 days in a row.
I am a businessman and have lost considerable business in these right days. Your executives have made a mistake in the billing name and address.
Now yesterday your showroom has given a new sim and they said it will work from today. But until 4pm today, it did not work.
When called today evening I was assured that all issues are settled and I can switch off and on after 9 pm today. Now it’s 23.30. I have also tried to reinstall the sim card but yet no connectivity.
It’s a matter of great disgust that a reputed organization like you fails to hear a complaint and harps that it is the best service provider.
I am sorry to say that I have seen the worst of treatment meted out to me.
Please take note that I will be forced to take necessary steps to move the consumer court, the Telecom Minister and TRAI authorities, if my connectivity is not restored in the next 24 hours. You would be solely responsible for the loss incurred to me financially, mentally and psychologically in these eight days.
It has been a very bad experience, the any no of calls to your 121 is of sheer waste, since each time the call lands with a different person and I have to parrot speak the whole episode again and again.
Very disgusting.
