I brought sigriwala steel gas stove 2 burners from Flipkart on 2-Feb-24 and it got delivered on 3-Feb-24. From the very next day i.e. from 4- Feb-24 flame on both the burners is very low as compared to day one. I got a WhatsApp number with the warranty card. I sent a message on that number and they asked me to send the photo and video of gas stove. I done that 3 days back, but still I did not get any help nor any of there mechanic came to fix the issue. I’m standing on 9- Feb-24 without any resolution. Kindly help.
