I have ordered on received the order on March but wtwo of the stove not working they have given a number to text not to call . They msg they need invoice n small video I give it all n they give a small video that the wire is detached so the burners are not working but my husband saw all are in place .again I msg then the automatic set msg again come give small video n invoice etc kindly look into the matter plz
