Dear Sir, I am a customer of Tata sky d2h service, having ID No-1016117093. I had informed about my signal problems to tata sky executives on 17th May 2019 & Request them to send an technician to my home. But I am shocked when I came to knew that my complain closed without my knowledge & my problem still continuing. no one visit to my home from Tata sky d2h services. Again I made a complain on 31st may.I repeatedly follow about my complains progress. I got only assurance from customer care services people. No solution till now. They r making one type mental harassment to me. As I am an senior citizen(Age-73) , Kindly look into the matter & resolve my problem asp.
One morething. Stop your advertisement on Television where u people claim that services of Tatasky on doorstep within 2 hours.
