the Tata Sky ID is 1036479325, from last seven days it is not working at all, every interval of 5 minutes we are getting a message” signal problem of setvtop box” , we have contacted the local service center at Purnea Bihar but no one bothered to resolve the problem.
is this the customer service? and for this lackadaisical support you have opened a service center at Purnea.
hope the higher ups in the hierarchy will try to resolve the issue by providing proper service.
