Sir , I am planning to discontinue Tatasky . Reason is as follows .
From last 4 or 5 days I am facing signal problem in box. I contacted local technicians but they not came
After that I talked to the customer care on your toll free no. You attended and next day a technician visited my home . He done something hoping that it will be Ok I given Rs. 300 service charge . But problems not solved. Once again I called him , He changed adopter hoping that It will be Ok again I gave Rs. 300 service charge . But problem not solved . Then he told That Set top box is having problem tomorrow I will change , it will cost Rs. 500 , I told no problem , do it . Next day means today He went somewhere else and not came .
Now he has assured me for tomorrow ( 16th May 2019).
I will do whatever he will suggest .
I like tatasky only therefore I am using it from about last 8 years
But sir , If tomorrow the problem is not solved, I will be red up and then I am bound to discontinue your services and will take any other network .
