There is signal problem since yesterday afternoon and the executives say that the the appointment of the technician is not sceduled before 24 hours. The complaint was done yesterday night so the customer will only receive after 9pm at night. When it come to recharge the customer should do it on time. Also there are many dish atenas on the terrace of the building but as customer and sometimes the technician himself does not know which dish belongs to whom.
