My problem started when I got the message that my set top box is not receiving signal. I registered the complain and got my set top box changes after 7 days. After running for few hours the same problem existed. i again registered the complain and after 4 days of follow up a card less set top box was replaced. Again, after running for few hours, I again got the signal not received message. Since then i have registered complain and even after 6 days of rigorous followup, there is no response from the local team or call center. I need a solution or will else go to consumer forum.
