Many mails wrote to airtel, personal visits, no result in service- only result 21 year customer relation break as I have stopped payment for no signal on my cell number. Post paid connection in Gujarat.
Since more then three years I was waiting that company-Airtel- resolve my problem on signal not available in my house, it is available outside house. Only promises given, I tried to convert it in Prepaid so my monthly charges comes down in this situation, they have collected three months payment , then they did not converted my Post paid to Pre paid, but disconnected the service permanently, i am ready to pay the outstanding as on that time,but now asking that if I need the connection , it can be available by paying Premium (ON) charges and re-connection charges. What a strange. ARE THEY MAKING CUSTOMER FOOL ?
