I lost signal last week from 26th nov . Raised multiple complains but no proper response until 2 days back . I have health issues and considering covid situation have never stepped out except for vaccination for last 1.5 years. Hence requested the team to processes the new sim online . But they are demanding on premise visit for this , when they are able to do online processing for new customer . And everytime I talk to someone the team is very rude and not providing me with proper update or a possible solution . It’s very much tormenting me mentally and affecting my health badly .
