With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that the network and internet connection has not worked indoors for the last 2 month. I have made several calls on customer care but no response from your end..
As you know I am an IT job holder and all of my work is done online and for that, I need a proper network and internet connection throughout the day. My house is exactly on the back side of the Vodafone center on the main road. Then why do have I to face such issues??To attain every call I have to always go outside but this is not possible for work. All Vodafone users are facing such problems in my area. My location address as mentioned below.
I saw your advertisement for Vodafone fixing such a type of internet,network and no signal issue so I am requesting you otherwise I have to port my all no in Airtel or jio.
Because now it is very difficult to wait for this.
It would be highly appreciated if you respond to my complaint as soon as possible. Thank you.
