Text of Complaint by Taruni Latha C:

Hi,

My name is Taruni latha C. We stay in E-413, Fresh Living Apartments, Gafoor Nagar, Image Hospital Lane, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500081.

We have taken Tatasky connection in Jan 2016 and we faced Signal issue on 30th Apr 19 and logged a complaint on 1 May 19. A technician by name Rambabu(contact#: 8801683380) have come and checked and informed us that our dish was removed (Missing).

When asked to enquire how it happened, he figured it out that another customer ( They  have taken connection in Jun 2016) in our apartments have raised a customer request to shift their dish from our block (E-Block) to B Block in the same community where they shifted. To address their request, a technician by name Mohan Naik (contact #: 7093774277) has come on 30 Apr 19 and saw that our connection and the other customer connection was given to the same dish. He removed our connection wire from the dish and moved it to B-Block due to which our signal has gone.

Technician Rambabu suggested us to raise a complaint which we did not the same day i.e 1 May 19 and informed what has happened.  From 1 MAy till date even after multiple follow ups, none of the technicians has come to address the concern raised.  And when we called back to the technician, he asked us to come to their office and check it out.

We don’t understand why should we go around and follow up so many times, in spite of paying the installation charges for the dish ( connection was taken by us in Jan 2016) and have done regular payments, we are been troubled by Tata Sky management by not addressing our issue inspite of no mistake from our end.

The complaints/followups logged by us:

  1. On 30 May 19 : 1G0G4JFT which they have cancelled it. Why we are not sure
  2. On 2nd May : 1G7IWGZK ( When checked got to know previous complaint was cancelled so they have raised another request)
  3. On 3rd May : 1G7K3ZZS (When Followed up on the issue, this request was raised again)
  4. On 7th May: 1G9UTC6P (Follow up, again another request was raised)

we get calls from different technicians every day and they ask what the issue is? and when we explain them, they say will call us back but there will be no response.

We got really buzzed off because of this behavior and want to complaint the way the Tata sky customer help team is troubling the customers by delaying and not addressing the concerns.

Please look into this and help us in addressing this.
