I have been using this mobile number for many years. Suddenly today morning signal got disconnected. When approached Airtel nearest Branch, I was asked to change SIM by present the original KYC documents. Please confirm on what basis the signal was disconnected and the sim became dysfunctional suddenly without any prior information.
