Even after raised the ticket at tatasky team on 12 May 2019.
Till today nobody from tatasky team is visiting my site in Odisha cuttack to give the service.
To restore my connection & tunning.
Already crossed 17 days from my ticket raised. Also given multiple reminders to their help desk and their nodal officer.
But from their nodal officer, indicate that you can diver & take alternative service provider connection.
Unprofessional behaviour from their Nodal officer.
Kindly help me get my connection and also rever all charges which you have deducted from 3rd May 2019(Fani cycloan date to restoration my service)
