I had downloaded an app
( that the name was shuttle loan app, that registered adress in karnataka)
to check my eligibility on a loan app due to sudden
financial hardship.
I did as they told me to upload my Aadhaar, PAN card and bank details for profile verification. then it shows that your profile is being verified. Then I closed the app. Then some hours later I got a message on my phone .that was your account has been credited with 2700 rupees. Then I opened the same app and it showed that I have to pay back Rs.5000 within seven days. They deposited money in my account without my consent. I am willing to repay that money but I do not have the financial stability to pay further interest right now. But I’m afraid they’ve hacked my phone for that and bothered to call people on my contact list or not. I therefore request you to give me all the legal protection and psychological support I need for this issue. At the same time, it expects support and advance to take legal action against those who take advantage of the plight of every unemployed youth and financially distressed person. Since I have never encountered a situation like this in my life, I most desperately need psychological support from the law.
