Text of Complaint by Balsera Ch Sangma:

  • This complain is regarding the failure of Vodafone Idea to credit my number with the recharge I have made. I have recharged it on 9/10/2020 for the amount of Rs. 299 through Amazon. I did receive the message saying it was successful and the validity was till 4rd November,2020. However today, October 15, they completely shut my services and when I checked the balanced the status was written as expired. I couldn’t even call the customer service to issue my complain.
