Shubhmatrimonial is a fraud and fake site, let it be any of their branches. They will say that only Ratlam or some other branches are fake, but, truth is they all are fake and looting money from public.
In my case, someone named Pragya contacted us and initially she sent 2 good profiles of prospective brides and asked to pay a registration amount of 7000 rupees to get contact details. When we hesitated to pay the full amount then they asked to pay the half of it, after which, they will do the registration and start providing the profiles with contact details.
But, after we paid the so called registration amount, they didn’t turn up with any profiles for 7-8 days and when we tried calling them they didn’t pick up our calls.
We tried calling them for next 2-3 days and one day when they picked our call, it was a differrent woman and was talking very rudely. Her name was Pooja and was referring herself as the senior of Pragya.
