I opened a fixed deposit for the sum of 15000 INR on 12th Dec 2023 through online. The website is getting stuck at step 3 i.e. KYC registration. Till date I haven’t received any resolution or help from Shriram Finance and my money is sitting interest free with them. Without KYC registration my FD will not get activated and there is no way that I can activate it myself through online. Not getting any help from customer care phone line or through email. I made a big mistake in investing in Shriram Finance.
Kindly take this issue and please resolve it. I don’t want to open the FD and want my money back with interest from Shriram Finance. If opening FD itself is full of issues and struggles, imagine what they will do when its time for maturity of FD and you want your money back. They may not give back at all and there is no way you can reach out to them for resolution and neither will they contact you if you have any issues.
Request you to please close the FD and return my money with interest as it is their fault that they have a faulty website and non responsive customer care who don’t give any resolution at all. They should not be asking people to invest in FD when they have a faulty website and 100% the money of people will get stuck and Shriram Finance will enjoy all the money invested by the people interest free. This looks like a big scam to me.
