I have booked a traveller (12 seater) from shree darshan tours and travels firstly he asked advance 10000 then he provide the bill slip and pan card adhar card of driver and then on the date of travel 29/12/2023 he asked 9000 + 4000 for himalaya state tax after ward he cancel the traveller by saying that traveller have some break issue and told us he will refund all money and till now he didn’t refund any money .. please help us in this case its a big amount for us..
