I have tried to book 3 tickets in the last row of the theatre in Savita film city ,Kannur using their website.They have debited an amount of 531.42rs and shows payment failure in their website.So,I have tried to book ticket for the second row and the same happened.After 30 minutes I got a message that ticket has booked for both rows.Then I have called to the savita film city and they said there was a network issue and you should sell this ticket to someone else to get my moneyback ,they are having no responsibility.
