Before lockdown I have paid my dues, given request my Airtel no 9820200957 Postpaid to Prepaid, but still resolve my request n their saying I need to pay the bills. N my number will suspended. (Shortly briefs followings)
I have visited at your Sion circle store, Mumbai, & requested to this Airtel to 9820200957 to convert on Pre-Paid. & even I have cleared my outstanding on 03/03/2020 receipt no 01534484227941, due to your system as not updated at the same time, they said comeback after 1 hr, since I have visited on same day twice, but still they have not updated, they said comeback nextday then I have visited same., since I’m trying to requesting these last 04/02/2020.. and my request is taken(my case) is handled Ms. Afsa,
She said automatically it will get it Pre-Paid my Sim.
since so many months I m following ups for the request.
please look into the same m try to waived of my outstanding amount of Rs. 1000/-(Approx)
